Hey, I’m Anna

Drawing has been my winning lottery ticket—the thing that gave me dream possibilities I never imagined—because I took a bold step no one else was taking: combining traditional drawing skills with modern digital tools to create exactly the style my clients wanted.

That decision led me to securing high-end clients as an interior and real estate illustrator and designer, closing 4- and 5-figure projects from the very start of my business. And honestly, it became my safe pillow when I lost my design job, had no savings, my visa was about to expire, and I was drowning in doubt about what was next.

But when you own a skill like this—the skill you’re about to learn—possibilities are EVERYWHERE.

To give you the full picture: I wasn’t that kid who always drew or “was the best in art class.” Quite the opposite. I was one of the worst. I skipped watercolor lessons because my teacher constantly criticized my work and ranked it among the lowest. I graduated traumatized and didn’t pick up a pencil for 5+ years.

When I finally started again, I was overwhelmed by doubt and obsessed with comparing myself to Instagram artists. I kept thinking: “When I can draw the most realistic landscape, THEN I can call myself creative. THEN I’ll allow myself to work with clients.”

But during my interior design studies, I broke free of that belief. I realized that drawing isn’t about perfect realism—it’s a TOOL to communicate ideas. And my iPad gave me the freedom to experiment without fear: no “wrong lines,” unlimited brushes, and instant revisions that clients loved.

When all of this came together: confidence, innovation, creativity, my strength in seeing depth (thanks to an amazing teacher who taught me light, shadow, and hatching), and even my journalism degree (hello, communication!)—everything clicked. That’s when my biggest breakthrough happened.
