This works for ANY space and with ANY level of drawing experience. It makes you feel like an artist without the mess of materials or the pressure to create a masterpiece every time you pick up a pencil. This is exactly why I’ve been pitching this method for ALMOST 9 YEARS. Imagine that. (Okay, AI arrived this year, but the foundation was built on my own struggles!)

I know I’m not the only one who was SO frustrated with how long it took to learn those computer render programs. And even if you somehow found the time, the results looked SO FLAT, average, and inflexible! Gosh, it’s been almost a decade, and I still get frustrated just thinking about them!

Why should you waste your PRECIOUS time learning how to stare at a screen and follow someone else’s idea of how creativity “should” work instead of taking back control and bringing YOUR ideas to life with a method that blends the charm of traditional drawing with the flexibility, speed, and ease of modern tools?

And let’s be honest, even drawing on paper isn’t the most flexible approach. I used to draw all my designs by hand until I realized that testing new ideas meant re-drawing the entire space, which wasn’t much more efficient than those computer renders...

And this is where the iPad comes in.

Draw your space ONCE, then test-test-test, just like in today’s example of my home office. Draw it once, and then create storage options on separate layers for maximum flexibility. And I don’t even need to mention how practical it is to carry around 200+ colors and brush types in ONE single digital pen.
